What can be done?

The field of Breathing Education and Myofunctional Therapy addresses these issues by working with the muscles of the face, tongue and lips while reforming positive behaviors both orally and with breathing.

We understand that life can be hectic and adding one more thing can be stressful. We want to make this journey of improving oral behaviors/habits and breathing behaviors a fun one! With families in mind, fun activities and exercises are taught to ensure change but also promote engagement regarding mindfulness and wellness.

Both my son and I have experienced positive changes from our Myofunctional therapy. I highly recommend Brittany for your journey.

I'm shocked Brittany doesn't have a million reviews about how wonderful her work is! She is thoughtful and deliberate with her workouts and coaching. Not only is she helping me, but also my 2 y.o. and my husband. We all have very different needs and our plans are catered to that. I highly recommend! I also love that she has her calendar available so you can easily book times that work for you.

Brittany is thorough and thoughtful. She is able to engage my kids and provide informed and helpful guidance to myself as well. As a mom, and client, I appreciate her style, approach and expertise.
