Our Services

Assessment

During the 75 minute assessment, you will get a chance to express and share your story and the goals you are seeking through breathing and myofunctional education.

The oral structures and breathing habits are evaluated as well as behavioral patterns in order to see the full picture.

We will work together to explore and create a plan together for you and/or your family.

Learning Sessions

Learning sessions follow the assessment to keep progress occurring as well as further learning to establish change. Each session is set-up to evaluate growth as well as assigning new exercises and activities. Boredom is a trap to growth so we never want to keep things stagnant. Each session, designed specifically for you and your family, will build upon previous sessions and advance towards graduation and establishing positive changes.

Family Sessions

Both the assessment and learning sessions can be geared for more than one person. Often times, several people within a family will have similar symptoms or habits. We strongly encourage families to do this together and make it a team effort!

Phone Consult

It is tricky sometimes knowing if this is the right spot for you or not which is why we offer an optional 15-minute free consult to go over any questions you may have. If this is something you are interested in, email us at info@joyfulbreathingcolorado.com with the headline ‘Consult’ and we will get you scheduled!

COVID Considerations

With COVID-19, Joyful Breathing is keeping the highest standards of cleanliness while conducting business. If you or a family member is not feeling well, please cancel the appointment and stay home. There will be no cancellation fee due to an illness.

Breathing or Myofunctional Therapy?

The great thing about breathing education and Myofunctional Therapy is you cannot have one without the other. Learning sessions will be specifically catered to each individual but will have both principles woven in to the exercises and learning goals.

When we use our mouth, we breathe. When we breathe, we use our mouth. To exclude one over the other would be a limiting flaw.

Life is an adventure;

let’s make it a joyful one!
